Aon must ensure those in senior roles, with the potential to cause significant harm to customers and the business of the firm, are deemed to be fit and proper at all times and also to ensure everyone working in the sector adheres to a set of Conduct Rules and are held to account where they do not meet the right standards of behaviourAbout the Role Your impact as a Client Service Advisor: Attainment of individual revenue targets and deadlinesMaximize renewal and retention of existing accounts Providing support to key business partners for retention of existing accountsEnsuring timely submission of proposals to insurers, handling queries and requests on the customers’ behalfPreparation of renewal documentation including invitation, renewal schedules and clarification of claims whilst maintaining accuracy at all times.Dealing with coverage queries from client and ensure that contract certainty is achieved including insurer subjectivitiesProviding training and support to new team members.Ensuring all post sale/alteration documentation is sent in a timely manner, including invoicing and policy issuance in order to meet business and regulatory requirementsEnhancimg client experience whilst maintaining regulatory compliance Analysis of data and the ability to respond with relevant information to clients and/or third partiesBeing aware of market trends, maintaining satisfactory levels of technical competence and an understanding of the need to mitigate risk both internally and externallyAny other duties as requested by business managementResponsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.About you Your knowledge and expertise: Previous industry experience in commercial insurance is essential ideally within one of the following - Professional Indemnity, Office Insurance, Directors & Officers, Cyber LiabilityExperience on Acturis preferredEducated to A-Level standard or above (or eqivulent) desirable5 GCSE or equivalents (A-C, including Maths and English) is requiredPossess good self-management skills with the ability to work to strict targets and deadlinesAbility to engage with others and communicate and influence effectively at varying levelsAbility to prioritise workload Actively supports activities to strengthen or build relationshipsWillingness to support colleagues in all times of change and resolve challenges when encountering resistanceAbility to use a range of approaches to gain support to a desirable course of action Ability to demonstrate previous client/relationship management Commitment to excellence relative to provision of client serviceSalary and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
