Assistant wanted (Spanish and English speakers): to operate small, mail order supplement company
Ability to use simple computer programs (Microsoft office) and to learn others (stock management and invoice preparation) required. Should be able to work under own direction, under overall supervision.
Part time irregular hours, depending on the needs of the business
- Control de stock
- Call Suppliers and place orders.
- Keep track of the orders
- Receive the order: unpack, check and organise.
- To keep the clinic clean and tidy from boxes and papers.
- To have control of the inventory in Xero.
- Issue of sales invoices and collecting payments.
- Search for new products, prices and suppliers
- To assist in general every day task running the clinic (phone, helping with sale orders…).
- Control of the inbox
- To assist remotely the assistant accountant and the education department.
Xtra Health is a small companny bases in Sloane Square and we sell nutritional supplements to our clients in a health clinic.
