We have exciting opportunities for Health Care Assistants to join our 60 bed dedicated neurological care centre, The Dean based at The Winfield Hospital site in Gloucester.

We deliver expert care and rehabilitation for complex neurological conditions. Our team is currently on an exciting journey to achieve excellence and you can be part of this! You will need:

• Excellent communication skills
• A caring nature
• Ability to work as part of a team but also initiative to work independently
• Passionate to deliver excellent care in a rewarding and what can be emotionally challenging environment
• Flexible and positive attitude

Previous experience in care or a NVQ/QCF qualification is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
