About the role

The overall function of the role is to assist the Treasury and Working Capital team to provide strong visibility and support to the senior leadership team in decision making in regards to any cash and working capital subject. Its activities includes reporting, planning, forecasting and aligning processes within finance and overall KraftHeinz business stakeholders.

Assist in preparation and analysis of financial reports (AOP forecast, budget & actuals):

  • Identification of any risks or opportunities in delivering cash flow
  • Develop presentations on pertinent topics for senior management.
  • Promote transparency and clarity on financial reports variances against established key performance indexes

Support of working capital routines and projects:

  • Prepare Inventory, accounts payable and accounts receivable monthly reports
  • Preparation & Analysis of OFCF
  • Liaise with procurement team to monitor on payment terms negotiations

Bank Management:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely banking information
  • Administrate bank accounts. Which includes: control access, approvers access, bank generated reports, transactions management and interface support
  • Administration of corporate credit cards

FX and Cash Management:

  • Foreign currency exposure reporting
  • Seek for cash efficiency opportunities in all trading currencies.
  • Support cash generation and below OI improvement through daily/weekly/monthly visibility reports
  • Preparing and submitting periodical cash reporting
  • Cash forecasting

Execute month end accounting closing routines:

  • Review and approve general ledger journals in regards to term debt, FX hedge and interest
  • Prepare and submit all SOX compliance evidence materials
  • Intercompany confirmations related to cash flows           

About you

  • Strong analytical and strategic problem solving
  • Degree qualified in a strong numerical discipline - Business, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Relevant industry qualifications (CPA, CA)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance, Treasury, SNOP or Analytics
  • Strong communications (verbal and written), articulation and cognitive reasoning
  • Ability to not only develop reports but also to present reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
