Treasury Controllership Analyst


Position: Treasury Controllership Analyst : We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support the required finance team activities relating to certain Treasury product implementations in EMEA. You will work in our office in Harlow and you will be reporting to Treasury controller based in the US.  The main focus of the role will include but is not limited to, supporting the accounting of the Venlo DLC company resulting from Cash Pooling Activities and Audit and Administration activities relating to the EMEA Asset Securitization Implementation. What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? This role will act as across finance team analyst and co-ordinator , primarily under the remit of Treasury, supporting key stakeholder needs in accounting activities, consolidation and financial reporting needs, audit requirements and reconciliations , depending on the demands and needs of each Treasury Product.  It will include liaison with a number of EMEA finance teams internally, the US Treasury department and external auditors as required. The role will be approximately 50% Finance/Accounting, 30% Compliance/Audit, and 20% Treasury Operations/Other. Implementation of global cash pooling Administrative support for the continued roll-out of global cash pooling. Support the key accounting-related aspects of the global cash pool roll-out including the reconciliation of ‘In-House Cash’ (intercompany) and the resulting interest on cash pooling. Support the accounting and reporting requirements of Cash Pool Header entity including consolidation or group accounting reconciliations needed. Prepare supporting documentation and attend meetings related to the annual audit procedures. Implementation of EMEA Asset Securitization Assist in the development and maintenance of key reports related to the EMEA Asset Securitization. Work with stakeholder groups to support the detailed reconciliations required by the implementation of the program. Act as the key onsite point of contact for the annual agreed-upon procedures (AUP) engagement conducted by the external audit firm. Support SEC reporting requirements to the US for Global Consolidated reporting. Co-ordinate the financial statements completion and tax items for required statutory reporting in the Netherlands. Liaise with external consultants as needed. Act as a key point of contact for inquires from the Bank counterparties related to reporting Support Treasury Reporting Assist the G/L accounting team to ensure the transactional accuracy of data flows from the GTreasury system to the accounting systems (GL). Assist with Treasury Capital Markets with internal reporting and FX accounting on an as-needed basis. Support of monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury Compliance activities Assist Treasury operations with the preparation of annual consolidated and statutory audit support such as bank confirmations, cut-off testing support, and other items as requested by the external audit team. Perform onsite testing for key Sarbanes Oxley (“SOX”) 404 controls such as user access reviews, legally authorized signors, payment authorization controls, and internal transfer controls. Support the Treasury Controllership groups implementation of key policy and process initiatives. What Are We Looking For? ​ Excel on the advanced level: Pivot tables, V-lookups, detailed formulas. Accounting / Finance or Audit background . Self-directed, independent. Fluent English . Strong interpersonal and written communication skills .
