You will be accountable for supporting the delivery of an effective support service across Specialist Customer Support within Member Service and Specialist Support. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual, who will be able to support the business to improve our end to end customer experience and mitigate risks when dealing with vulnerable customers.\n What you'll be doing \nAs a Business Support Analyst you will be working to deliver effective controls and support the business area.\nIn this role, you'll:\n• Support the adherence to the Government, Risk & Controls Declaration and monitor our competency against the Framework\n• Be accountable and support the delivery of audit & compliance actions within Specialist Customer Support\n• Support the implementation of any local business initiatives, and contribute towards the planning, coordination and implementation of the agreed deliverables to time, cost and quality standards.\n• Carry out local root cause analysis of problems from MI, and deliver workable solutions.\n• Support the maintenance of the process model, where applicable keeping process maps, guides and SOP's up to date through a controlled process.\n• Manage, maintain and mitigate risk, ensuring escalation where appropriate\n• Ensure effective controls are maintained within Specialist Customer Support\n• Carry out periodic reviews to continually enhance the overall service provision\n About you \nAs a minimum requirement, you'll have:\n• Strong operational experience\n• Good influencing and networking skills with experience of influencing at a senior management level\n• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give both written and verbal feedback clearly and constructively across the business at all levels.\n• Technical system development competence such as Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)\n• Experience working in a customer focused environment\n• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills\n• Planning and MI analytical skill\n \nIt would be nice if you also had:\n• Planning and MI analytical skills, to meet the needs of the business\n• Knowledge and experience of the legal/regulatory frameworks\n• Experience and knowledge of the organisations risk framework\n The extras you'll get \nIf you put a lot in, it's only fair you should get a lot out.
