Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetic and Recovery/Scrub


We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, hardworking, and highly motivated people to join our team.You will be required to show flexibility in your approach to the role and have excellent time management and communication skills.The post is mainly located in RBH Theatres, but you could be on the BGH site due to movement of theatre lists.We have 11 theatres at Blackburn and 15 at Burnley, which carry out wide range of both elective and emergency surgery through many specialities.We also expect all applicants to be dedicated to their role and enhance their knowledge and skills.These posts are for qualified staff only and you will need to hold qualifications as a Registered Nurse with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) or as an Operating Department Practitioner with the HCPC (Health and Care Professionals), candidates who do not provide details of their registration will not be considered for interview.Theatre experience is not essential, as training will be given to the successful candidates.We we would like to invite newly qualified nurses to apply.Please ensure you check the email account from which you apply regularly as we may use this to contact you regarding your application.
