About Our Client

My client is a well-regarded UK national law firm with a significant London presence. They are looking to grow their Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency team and, therefore, are looking to make a hire of a solicitor qualified in this space.

• The role will include but is not necessarily limited to:

  • advising lenders, creditors, insolvency practitioners, corporates and directors.
  • advising on all types of restructuring situations, accelerated M&A and formal corporate insolvency procedures (administration, liquidation and receivership) including sales and acquisitions connected to such procedures.
  • advising, from time to time, also on lender security, enhancement and enforcement.
