Senior Advisor, Pricing - DELL Financial Services Competitive Salary Brentford (London) UK / Germany (Remote) Key Responsibilities: * Leads, develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics. * Maintains and communicates regular pricing position and leads the proposal for price position changes across platforms and markets (per price band) with other functional leaders to insure competitive and financially viable price position. * Monitor(s) and reports regional and/or global competitive and/or cost trends. * Focuses list pricing activities and influences discounting and promotional practices with the intent of maximizing overall operating income. * Supports the quarterly RUM guidance process, which incorporates revenue and margin implications of forward pricing plans for assigned product categories as appropriate. Essential Requirements: * Experience in Pricing, Pre-Sales and / or Finance is preferred * Takes strong leadership positions in developing pricing for customers and owns responsibility for pricing complex deals, overseeing pricing efforts for less complex deals and leading pricing for large customers in high volumes. * Provides guidance and direction for the next generation of pricing tools. * Able to articulate entire pricing solution from quote to final presentation fluently and modify pricing model as needed to creates forecasts, P&Ls and risk analysis for the various pricing engagements. * Must be able to collaborate with newer members of the team, Senior Management and high-level employees in other cross-functional groups, including Solution Principals, BDM, Sales and Customer. Pricing decisions severely impact the business.
