They offer flexible working arranegments, and fantastic career progression opportunities.They are looking for a Project Planning consultant who enjoys challenging, fast-paced environments and who has excellent stakeholder management skills.Duties:Working closely with Resourcing and Planning Lead, PMO and Change delivery teams to support deployment of Planning and resource management capabilities, into the Portfolio Management Office and wider change function.Supports development, maintenance and continual improvement of planning standards for UK Change, aligned to the Group Change Risk policy, enabling ease of roll up of programme and project milestone data and dependencies.Facilitates the design, development and ownership of the overall portfolio plan ensuring milestones and internal/external dependencies are identified and maintained across the portfolio.Tracks programme, and project delivery against the plan and supports development of planning KPIs and regular deep dives into project plans and dependenciesSupports development of resource/capacity plans to underpin the portfolio plan; capturing the resource requirements of programmes and projects and providing a resource-tracking and capacity planning service across the portfolio.Supports the adoption of a continuous improvement approach to the planning and resourcing office, continually looking to increase transparency and improve decision support across the UK Change community; Plays a proactive role in knowledge management to promote programme and project management methods and standards, and implementation of strategic workforce management best practice
