Currently we are looking for a Senior Cost System Analyst to join us. We offer you an opportunity to work with our industry-leading technical experts where you will gain experience across a range of clients in different sectors. You will be part of our global team, working with clients and other stakeholders to create highly effective, integrated solutions. You will be key to ensuring our technical deployments run smoothly, working with our IT, our client’s IT, technologists and domain experts in the UK and wider Stantec business to ensure that this can happen.
As a Cost Systems Analyst, your role will be critical to helping us deliver Cost Management solutions within our integrated Programme Management environments. You will be working with our growing Programme Technology & Information Group, the greater Programme Management & Integration group and collected expertise to help deliver effective solutions to our clients. As part of your role, you will need to obtain requirements from clients, help design and architect systems and coding structures, help complete governance and cybersecurity considerations and any necessary integrations to enable a streamlined Programme reporting environment. Along with your technical expertise, you will be a clear and capable collaborator, able to work with client and stakeholder groups to deliver our solutions.
You will have a range of experience in Cost Systems, preferably across a range of applications, being inquisitive and innovative in nature. You will also have developing business acumen to help realise a good business case for development and the ability to communicate this to the Stantec business and our clients. You will use your significant technical experience to help inform our clients about training and people development plans.
It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate a flair for translating an end user’s needs into a solution and technology-driven innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience of cost management systems, preferably Ares Prism G2, and knowledge of the requirements and technology architecture needed to see these systems delivered into a live client service.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of collaborating in client environments, gradually improving solution development processes over time, while working within a technical governance and risk management framework.
