Assistant Company Secretary - Lloyd's Insurance

Description

Working within a small tight-knit team, this new role will be working closely with the Company Secretary to ensure the smooth running of the department and ensuring that all relevant obligations are met and where possible exceeding expectations.

There will be a nice blend of work to get involved with. This will involve lots of exciting project work and some very interesting cross-departmental projects too.

Looking after various regulated boards & committee's (Audit being one of them), ensuring that agenda's are set as well as collating and distributing meeting papers. The role will also involve producing accurate minutes and acting on relevant action points raised.

In addition the role will involve helping out with FCA/PRA and Lloyd's filings and other statutory returns. There will also be the opportunity to provide training and support to the company secretary assistant, so candidates who have management aspirations will be particularly attracted to this role. There will also be project work to do too.

This is an ideal opportunity to work with a very accomplished Company Secretary in a very stable and collaborative environment. Ideally you will be ICSA qualified and have either a Lloyd's Insurance background or have worked in a regulated environment.
