2nd Line Analyst - IT Services Company - Nottingham We have an urgent requirement for a 2nd line analyst to join an IT services company to help support a growing team in Nottingham. You will be responsible as a point of escalation for incidents and expected to solve these in line with the service level agreements. The role will require someone who has a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Microsoft environment identifying and resolving underlying issues as well as proactively resolving requests and incidents as they are raised. Key skills & experience Provide technical user support for: Microsoft Active Directory, network infrastructure, Apple, Citrix, printer management. CCNA Certified Monitor support queues and support all issues and questions, providing answers, advice, and support in a professional and timely manor Minimum of 2 years' experience. Previous experience of customer service/helpdesk role (ideally within the educational industry) Prioritising and balancing calls/requests Wide knowledge in up to date technical skills Desirable skills & experience ITIL Foundation V3 or experience of Working within an ITSM structure Other key tech certifications (Apple, Citrix, Printer management) If you are interest please apply and one of the team will be in touch to discuss the role further.
