ICT Services Technician 2 (2 Posts)

Description

T his role will be based within a dynamic and challenging environment, working on stimulating and varied assignments with countless opportunities to apply your knowledge and be a part of a team, providing technical expertise and high-quality services.

The primary duties will include the management and maintenance of the council's ICT system. Providing technical advice and support relevant to the Data Centre infrastructure, platforms, Microsoft Azure and M365 services, carrying out 2 nd line support and maintenance activities .

You will be working closely with service owners, suppliers and application teams to upgrade and maintain key data services to our stakeholders and service users.

Provisional Interview Date: Week commencing 28th September 2020

Due to this post having administrative privileges within the Council's IT systems, and in order to comply with the Public Services Network requirements, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Basic criminal record check.
