HR Business Partner – PFP Developments (FTC 12 months)

More about your role
Every new home that is built by Places for People will be managed by Places Developments who will deliver homes for; Homes England ‘land and works', Millwood designer homes, PfP Homes, Zero C homes and other homes delivered under our various partnerships. Supporting Places Developments you will assist with delivering a proactive HR service to Managers dispersed across a national footprint, whilst supporting the SHRBP to execute the HR work stream for the wider Developments transformation programme.
You will partner with Regional Management teams to introduce the skills and knowledge to  embed excellent people practices across their teams in collaboration with HR colleagues in Group Digital Learning and Shared Services. In addition you will support the Head of HR for Developments to complete a national live transformation project touching each aspect of the employee lifecycle  including regional restructures and a cultural integration programme
Please note that this is a fixed term role expected to last initially for a 12 month period.

More about you
A seasoned HR Business Partner ideally CIPD qualified,  you'll have previously operated in a complex fast based environment  and have experience of working in a construction or multi-site manufacturing environment. Experience of  managing multiple HR projects at driving operational efficiencies through restructures, organisation change programmes and TUPE is essential in this role as you will be supporting complex people focused change projects to a tight deadline so it is key that your change experience  allows you to hit the ground running with minimum guidance
A team player, you will work with a collaborative  nature, providing support and consensus where possible. You will also have a flexible approach to work and be comfortable with ambiguity of an organisation undergoing significant change.
This role is home based, however there will be considerable travel to our dispersed sites across the UK.
