This is a great opportunity to join a high growth start-up consultancy which offers a complete service for digital transformation powered by the Salesforce lightning platform.
My client aims to double the staff by the end of 2020 as they have a large number of projects scheduled ahead reason why they are now in need for a Service Cloud expert to join their well established Salesforce team.
Role & Responsibilities
Represent and promote the core company values, and win business by attending events & meet-ups
Go the extra mile for their customers with a can do attitude whilst remaining consultative and following Salesforce best practices
Ensure continuity from presales to delivery and ensure best practice and account growth, delivery methodology, asset development, certification and skills development
Provide sales support for all Service Cloud matters
Skills & Qualifications
Expertise within Service Cloud
Experience in end to end Salesforce implementations
Salesforce Service Cloud certifications are beneficial
Hands on configuration and customisation
Exceptional communication skillsBenefits
