Practice Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, fast-learning individual, with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continually changing environment. Practice Lead Maternity Hubs is a temporary post for one year. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop and embed the principles and practice of the Lincolnshire Community Maternity Hubs. The Practice Lead will be managed by the Team Lead for Quality Assurance Children's Centres but will work closely with Lincolnshire Better Births Team.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, fast-learning individual, with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continually changing environment. We are looking for someone to lead on innovation and service improvement as well as further service development. The role also requires someone with the skill to plan, deliver, review and evaluate working practices to maximise efficiency to ensure effective delivery across the network of community maternity hubs. Skills required Significant knowledge and understanding of Children's Centres  Form credible professional partnerships across the wider system with both internal and external partners and agencies. Strong leadership skills to underpin sustainable change.  A sound understanding of the key milestones for a child and their family from pregnancy to the end of reception Good understanding of Better Births and the development of the Lincolnshire Maternity Hubs Please be advised that this position may be subject to a criminal record check All candidates are advised to read the attached job information pack prior to making an application.
