We pride ourselves on delivering high quality services, often supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our society – and as our PA to our Account Directors you’ll ensure that we continue to deliver this incredibly important work to our client and end users.
As PA to our Account Directors you’ll provide a range of secretarial and administrative support . You’ll be the key point of contact for the Customer Service Operations, responding to requests, scheduling of contract visits and the facilitation of requests for information and support to name a few.
You’ll ensure all our corporate operating systems are up to date and manage compliance with the wider team. You’ll support with reporting requirements and project manage as required. Other duties will include diary management, travel arrangements, meeting arrangement and agenda preparation, expenses submission and support with bid prep.
This is a home-based role, however you will be required to attend site 1-2 days per week. Once we are back in ‘business as usual’ you will be required to be on site 3-5 days per week and maybe required to travel to our other sites (predominately Manchester and Newcastle).
What you’ll need to do the role:
If you are already an experienced PA looking for you next challenge, then we want to hear from you!Naturally discrete and diplomatic you will previous experience supporting Senior Directors who have a large operational remit.
We are also keen to hear from those who have experience of working on a customer services contract with good understanding of the contract environment & operational drivers. Ideally you will also have knowledge & experience of company systems & tools e.g. MyHR, Salesforce, Assure etc but you must have exceptional IT skills.
We are looking for someone who is immediately available to start asap.
