Debt Management Administrator
12 months fixed term contract
Full time (37 hours per week)
Location: Hertfordshire County Council, SG13 8DQSalary: from £17,750 dependent upon experience
About the Role:
This is an operational role that is responsible for Debt Recovery for Hertfordshire County Council. Reporting to The Debt Management Team Leader the post holder will be responsible for recovery of debt, Customer Care, Adherence to Serco’s Data Protection and System Security policies, Communications. The role will also include responding to and answering queries in accordance with agreed timescales.
The successful candidate will have a high level of understanding and expertise with integrated Accounts applications (SAP Finance experience would be desired), excellent communication skills
and experience within credit control or similar experience.
