That's what we offer to our people.\n \n What you'll do with us: \n \nYou will be coming in as the Account Manager for our largest enterprise scale corporate client; a giant in the high street and e-commerce retail industry. Your role will encompass both relationship management and customer success. Over time you will build out further visibility of the Moteefe & International Retail Client team and be ultimately responsible for managing this account, growing the account and building long lasting bonds between the 2 companies which will be backed by exceptional technical and operational delivery at Moteefe. Ultimately you will take full ownership for the daily accountability for the client and the success of the engagement. \n \nYou will be the champion for product excellence and enduring client relationships, the Moteefe Account Director is a highly organised and credible leader. You will nurture relationships with very senior stakeholders (C-suite) and are motivated by providing an exceptional service to your clients and are passionate about our clients' businesses, industry best practice and state-of-the-art techniques\n \nOccasional international travel within the EU will be required as part of this role. \n \nYou can be based in either the UK or Sweden although Sweden would be the preferred option\n \n Requirements \n \n What we need from you (must have skills):\n Commercial experience as an Account Director previously within the B2B technology sector for enterprise grade clients Senior Leadership experience Commercial experience in e-commerce and retail sectors Experience of managing the Moteefe team dedicated to this account Experience of taking ownership of revenue, P&L and growth in relation to client account management Experience of managing projects in technology, design, digital with a proven track record of working closely with delivery leads to ensure things run smoothly and client has clear visibility by creating easily digestible and clearly structured reports and presentations Previous demonstrable experience of creating and implementing account management strategies that drive sales across the business Significant experience of reporting into Exec stakeholders internally and significant experience of senior stakeholder management client side Used to working collaboratively and cross functionally with other business units to ensure the clients needs are met whenever possible Strong presentation and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n What we'd love from you (nice to have skills):\n Experience in account management role or higher for a SaaS platform business Multi-lingual; ideally fluent in Swedish Start up or hyper-growth business experience \n \n Benefits \n \nCompetitive remuneration: A competitive salary package for your level of expertise.\n \nWork/life balance: Flexible working and 1 day WFH per week.\n \nFood is fuel: Free fruit, snacks and breakfast in the office.\n \nHealth is wealth: Private healthcare\n \nTravel opportunities: With offices in both Lisbon and London, come and visit!\n \nWork and play: Plenty of social events and an awesome work environment - we're a truly friendly bunch!
