You are going to dive into an extraordinary world of Anti-Spam, take the ownership of the team of Business-logic, identify vector of ongoing and potential attacks.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESBuild an efficient team of business-logic (communication, tutoring, team assessment, onboarding)Set goals, control implementation, check the resultParticipate in the development of Antispam architecture and infrastructureImprove and develop the new heuristics of Anti-spamDetect new patterns of spamUnderstand business problem and prioritize tasksREQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEAchieve goalsLua or any other popular programming language - understand weak and strong parts of the language (be ready to learn Lua quickly, we’ll help!)Meet deadlines and highlight problems on timeBe result-oriented and take the responsibilityGOOD TO HAVEExperience in management of a team up to 10 peopleWork with anti-spam, anti-fraud or similar systemsUnderstanding of network basics, web and network securityStrong knowledge of Lua or PHPExperience with analytical tools (i.e. Zeppelin, Jupyter, etc…)London, UK /Badoo – Engineering /Full-time
