Network Security Support Analyst (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Firewall)

The UK's leading provider of IT solutions and services is looking to hire a Network Security Support Analyst (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Firewall) to become an integral member of their rapidly expanding Network Support Team based in Leeds.

Reporting directly to the Head of Managed services, the Network Security Support Analyst (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Firewall) will act as 3rd line support and be an escalation point for the Network Security Team.

Responsibilities for the Network Security Support Analyst (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Firewall)

• Ticket raising and management
• Working with both clients and vendors until resolution of issues
• Training on updated / new products
• Supplying technical support and assistance to the sales team
• The role is primarily based in the Leeds office, but there are occasional opportunities to work from home
• There are good opportunities for training in other security products, and to expand the role
• Knowledge and accreditation in Fortinet, Checkpoint and similar firewall and security products, is an advantage
