As an Internal Recruitment Partner, you’ll work as part of a team to provide an efficient Internal Recruitment service within a multisite business that operates in the education, travel and hospitality industry.
Responsible for a regional area you’ll take ownership of the resourcing plan, delivering an end to end recruitment service that provides quality candidates to internal stakeholders and the business. In addition to the day to day recruitment activity you’ll get involved in the design and delivery of key recruitment projects that will improve the way the company attracts, recruits and retains their talent.
What you’ll be doing…
Managed the resourcing plan for a set geographical area, ensuring SLA’s are met. Proactive sourcing of potential candidates Build and maintain strong internal networks and build key stakeholder relationships Produce reports and analysis, ensuring campaigns are delivered against plan. Mentor site manages in key recruitment practices and principles. Continuously looking for ways to improve our processes and ways of working What you’ll need
Previous internal recruitment experience is desirable Understanding and demonstrable knowledge of the full recruitment cycle from attraction through to on boarding. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills. To display a natural and engaging communication style. What’s in it for you?
