An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 4 Patient Advice Liaison Officer to join the Patient Experience Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is passionate about improving experiences for patients, families and carers accessing our services.The focus of this post is to support service users in the resolution of their concerns and complaints. The post holder will take responsibility for a caseload of concerns in a fast paced environment; working closely with a wide range of departments and staff to provide an effective and swift resolution. You must be committed to high standards of customer service and have excellent communication skills to be able to deal confidently and compassionately with a wide range of service users.
