An excellent opportunity is now available for an excellent Internal Sales professional to join this fast growing and successful manufacturing business just outside of Norwich (c15miles). You will be the important link between the client and the business, following up on quote enquiries, warm leads and taking responsibility for the CRM system.
Your role will include generating high quality sales leads for the business and setting appointments for those out on the road to meet with potential customers. You'll be comfortable following up enquiries and really digging deep, getting to know your clients well and truly understanding their needs. They may be long standing customers that perhaps don't know the full portfolio of products available or need some information on other product lines - things that can only come out of your consultative approach and ability to identify their needs.
Your skillset will be across new business and account management, and you'll be someone that can fit into the existing, motivated team really well. A natural rapport builder, you'll be able to work your way through a CRM system with ease and will be an excellent communicator - someone that your clients will want to talk to! Persuasive,, energetic, outgoing and friendly will be the traits that you'll have, combined with a self motivated and driven attitude. You'll be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time efficiently. Any kind of technical sales background such as manufacturing, engineering or machinery is helpful, and a second language is an absolute dream as some of your clients/customers will be based outside of the UK.
