Order Processing general Administration
Accurate quotation/proposal preparation and order entry.
Pro active Sales Activities
Deliver 1 st class customer service at all times.
Constantly strive to identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell.
Help develop own KPI structure
Create personal proactive customer care contact plans
Support external sales force with administrative duties and customer contact.
Support Stock Controller with MRP and pricing maintenance
Provide 1 st level product support for catalogue and product spec enquiries
Necessary Skills and Experience
Background in customer service, sales administration.
Computer literate, good all round knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
Knowledge of MRP system, preferably Opera III not essential
Confident to share ideas and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Willing to get involved and help us to improve and grow
