Due to our success and continued growth in the US in 2020, we’re looking for ace Talent Partners from an operations background to join our rapidly scaling team in London!

What you’ll be doing

  • Working as an in-house sourcing partner
  • Partnering with key internal decision makers up to CxO level
  • Using advanced sourcing and attraction techniques to engage top-tier talent and build robust pipelines
  • Working on added-value projects to ensure your client has a world class attraction strategy and candidate experience
  • Sharing your experience across Talentful as we achieve much more together
