Internal Recruiter


Permanent  |  £30,000 - £45,000 per annum + commission  |  Central London

We help build some of the best technology teams in the world, and we need someone to help build our internal team.

LinuxRecruit has built up a highly effective team where each employee has real opportunity to be incredibly successful, working with some of the most highly regarded technology companies in the world.

We have a great reputation for Linux and Open Source recruitment (if we do say so ourselves), but we’re definitely not resting on our laurels. We want to continue to grow in this area while expanding into other markets and verticals and keeping way ahead of the chasing pack.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone who can help connect LinuxRecruit with the best recruitment talent out there and create a working environment where everyone is well supported and able to achieve their best.

This definitely isn’t a role where you’ll just be organising interviews and sending out InMails.

You’ll have a blank canvas to implement your own processes and procedure, with ownership of the full lifecycle of the recruitment for LinuxRecruit. This will include areas like:

  • Implementing and managing applicant tracking systems to monitor key aspects of the recruitment process and hone an optimal hiring process.
  • Developing a long-term recruitment strategy, including the development of our employer brand, and identification of promotional opportunities.
  • Working with the leadership team to drive the LinuxRecruit culture forward, and implement company benefits and perks.
  • Working with the management team to identify and mitigate any employee retention issues, as well as with areas like performance reviews.
  • Managing onboarding and induction process, and ensuring we are creating a positive candidate and new hire experience at every stage.

To do well in this role, you’ll need to understand how to identify great recruitment talent and have the skills and experience to build a pipeline to help us meet our objectives as a business.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with proven track record in recruiting recruiters, whether that be at an agency or as a Rec2Rec.
