Job Category: Manufacturing/Surveying Job Location: Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom Internal Account Manager Salary GBP20,000 to GBP25,000 Maidstone My clients a manufacturing company within commercial ventilation products. They are dedicated to developing and creating products that have a positive and energy efficient effect on the environment. We are looking for an eager, enthusiastic and capable Internal Account Manager . The right candidate for this role will need to have experience in a technical role and ideally sales/customer service experience from a Manufacturing background . Hours are 8.30 to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 4.30pm finish on a Friday.
- Act as first point of contact to the customer.
- Build a strong relationship with each client providing a consultative first time on time service detecting and maximizing the potential with each client and project.
- Provide technical assistance, Ereps support/training, quotations, quotation follow up, project detection, full and accurate reporting on Creps, dealing with complaints in a professional manner ensuring it is seen through to satisfactory completion.
- Reacting quickly and efficiently to customer or market requirements whilst working to the ethos of the company at all times
- Ensure the customer requirements are fully understood, qualifying the request is achievable and has been value engineered to provide the best value solution for the project involving the external representative and project engineer as and when required.
- Plan appointments for the external sales force as a result of detected opportunities and/or customer issues.
- Management and customer support for E-reps, Management and administration of C-reps ensuring accurate commercial agreements are logged and accurate.
- Managing C-reps to ensure client information is always up to date growing an accurate database.
- Be an integral part of the pricing process setting margins and a discounts with working closely with the external sales representative The ideal candidate will have CRM systems experience, be able to sell a brand and work to KPI's with a passion to over-achieve.
