Job Title -  Internal Account Executive to cover North East region

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 - depending on level of experience +benefits

Location - Veolia Tinsley, Tinsley Park Road, Sheffield, S9 5DL

Hours - 40 Hours per week (8:30-17:00)

Purpose: 

To directly reduce the number of customer losses.  This will be through offering our customers an enhanced process should they consider leaving where we can identify and rectify service failures and explore alternative solutions to offer best value. 

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

  • Compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures. 

  • Dealing with all incoming Threat To Terminate (TTT) cases in a timely manner, ensuring this is recorded in Salesforce. 

  • Understanding fully the reason for the customer’s call and their concerns and creating actions to ensure that TTT risk is minimised and the customer is retained.

  • Following the TTT process to complete and close all inbound cases.

  • Regularly conduct outbound calls to understand feedback around customer service and satisfaction.

  • Provide weekly/monthly updates on TTT data to relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensuring performance in line with the team KPIs. 

  • Escalation of any key issues in a prompt manner. 

  • Any other duties as reasonably practicable. 

Qualifications  

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation skills 

  • Proven ability in objection handling

  • Ability to prioritise and organise

  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communications

Desirable:

  • Waste industry

  • Telephone sales experience

Performance Measures:

  • Any other duties as reasonably practicable. 

  • Net Revenue movement for TTTs

  • Proactive outbound calls.

  • Team KPIs.
