Working across multiple projects with changing priorities, the Head of Workforce Systems & Information will lead the development and implementation of the Trust’s Workforce Information and Systems strategy to: manage and deliver a time and cost effective Workforce & Systems Information service within an agreed set of KPIs; manage, implement and maintain key workforce systems and ensure an improved alignment and use of these systems and the intelligence that is derived from them to provide business resilience, realising maximum benefits ensuring integration and triangulation with all other workforce planning activity; and manage the effective performance and efficiency of ESR, e-rostering (Allocate) and payroll including all other related systems such as expenses and benefits. They will be required to streamline the processes to deliver greater efficiency and improved performance and customer experience to corporate and operations services. Ensuring the resilience and effectiveness of the systems and their interface will be another important deliverable.
