Location: Long Crendon (Bucks), UK / Cologne, Germany
Type: Full-time / permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join and help drive the growth of a hot digital agency just outside Oxford in the UK, or in the thriving city of Cologne, Germany. We are a team of digital professionals, designing and developing websites and apps. We are looking for a talented Head of Sales with drive and a passion to help shape GrowCreate.

For this role you will:

  • Have ownership of sales targets and customer management
  • Drive new business and partner development (B2B)
  • Establish commercial relationships with prospective clients through lead identification, network and referrals
  • Expand the existing client base and expand the pipeline of business opportunities
  • Identify needs, create and present compelling, value add propositions and proposals through to close with clients
Required Skills
  • Outstanding at developing new business, identifying opportunities and building great relationships
  • Agency experience at selling replatforming services for web content management
  • A track record of building strong relationships with decision makers
  • Regular reporting of customer and lead information to the management team
  • Experience of sales up to six-figure deals and comfortable supporting the company’s sales targets
  • An IT sales background in software, web development, CMS/Commerce or SaaS sales
  • Able to provide evidence of achieving targets in previous sales roles
  • Strong client management
