Head of Operational Strategy

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Implementing and leading a regular planning process to ensure we have the right amount of warehouse space and resource for planned levels of customer demand.
• Establishing a simple and robust inbound prioritisation process, including backlog and delivery slot management.
• Leading tool and process improvement initiatives to help us scale despite a growing supplier base, volumes, and level of complexity.
• Owning Operations Product Management, playing a significant role in implementing a new Warehouse Management System, working closely with operations, finance, product, buyers, and tech stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Owning and optimising our warehouse network and inbound logistics.
• Leading process improvement initiatives.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; Preferred MBA or Masters in Ops Research, Engineering, Manufacturing related.
• 7+ years’ professional experience in a relevant commercial or retail environment and 5+ years in an Operations leadership role in a warehouse environment.
