We are looking for an influential and resilient Head of Customer Services to join our team at Heysham, who will make a clear impact on the business. The successful candidate will lead the entire Customer Services Department and be action-oriented in order to find out the root causes of an issue and provide timely and value added solutions to drive performance improvements. You are a strategic thinker who can easily gain respect from your team. What you will do: You will be a ‘hands on’ manager, maintaining a close presence in the team to create a one team philosophy. You will establish close working relationships with functional managers and promote the Customer Services department within Tradebe. You will strive to achieve the company’s goals of speed and accuracy in all areas and motivate your team to reach these specific goals. You will also play an integral role in leading Continuous Improvement projects within the division. You will develop the department to become a highly motivated industry leading, customer-focussed, front line service and to provide the highest level of customer experience.
