Telesales Executive


Job Category: Sales Job Location: Coulsdon, Greater London, United Kingdom Part-time job opportunity: you will be a natural relationship builder, enjoy reaching out to new organisations on the telephone, have proven success on outbound calling and looking to join a small, friendly and growing company. Your role will focus on new business telesales; researching and approaching brand new organisations, new contacts withing existing customers, reinvigorating lapsed accounts or following up on previous calls. You will spend your time researching quality leads and making outbound calls every day targeting key decision makers predominantly in the following industries: Rail, Education, Local Councils, Hospitality and Architectural Sectors. You will be given all the training, tools and support you need to achieve in this role. You will be adept at building trusted relationships, booking appointments with new customer contacts and gathering potential quoting opportunities to pass to the Sales Director to convert and close the sale. Reporting into the Sales Director you will be part of a small team of 4, helping out with other sales related and administration duties as required, this is very much a collaborative and positive team environment with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Alongside the calls, this role will also involve ensuring the CRM (Pipedrive) is kept up to date. Package:
- Basic salary £12-15 per hour + bonus
- Part-time Monday to Friday 9.30am-3pm (options for 4 days or slightly shorter hours to suit)
- 23 days holiday based based on a 5 day week (+ Bank Holidays), pension, car parking onsite

- Enjoy making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- A natural ability to build trust quickly on the phone with new Customers
- Strong understanding of CRM system usage - Pipedrive currently used
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Motivated by targets and organised
- Exceptional communicator, with the ability to absorb detail
