Northreach are a growing talent specialist within the Start-up and SME space and following a number of large success in the Biotechnology industry are looking to expand their sales team in both at resourcer and Consultant level. Our team is knowledgable and experienced in the Talent attraction sector but is now looking to enhance their knowledge pool within the scientific and laboratory skill sets. As such, we would only be looking to speak to recruiters at this stage who have worked within this area specifically. Although base in Billericay, Essex we would consider candidates who would be able to come to the office 2 days per week. *Responsibilities include:* * Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients in the Scientific sector * Building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients * Evolving business development techniques * Attending and lead manager meetings with new and existing clients * Act as an ambassador for Northreach * Ability to give sound advice to candidates and clients * Vlogs / Blogs * Interviewing and identifying new talent for Northreach *Expectations and qualities * * Experience in Scientific recruitment within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech Medical Device field * Excellent customer services standards, going above and beyond the call of duty * Consulting with candidates on their CVs, interview advice and careers * Supporting clients with their recruitment needs, advice and market intel * Time management skills, ability to prioritise important workloads * Strong work ethic, evidence of following recruitment processes * Share new ideas and develop new processes * Willingness to mentor junior members of staff and support leadership team * Ability to hit monthly & quarterly targets * Show good business acumen * Strong decision making ability * CRM Champion For a confidential chat, please get in touch ASAP.
