Catchfish are now looking for a sales motivated individual to join their IT focused recruitment team.

We are a small boutique agency that have been IT specialists for the last 14 years. Our team blends experienced consultants with motivated new consultants to offer a very fun and rewarding atmosphere which we are now looking to grow. We are looking for a business minded Consultant who would thrive on the opportunity to build out your own desk.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a good understanding of our clients, their industry, what they do and their environment   
• Headhunting potential candidates that are already in work through Social media
• Advertising vacancies through various job boards
• Build and maintain relationship with new and existing clients
• Sell opportunities over the phone, email and face to face.

Experience:

• Previous experience working within technical sales (not necessarily recruitment)
• Demonstrable experience in a sales or competitive environment
• Good phone manner and telephony skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMS
• Prior experience of building strong customer relationships

The successful candidate may not have previous experience in sales or recruitment but will be motivated by success and is hungry to achieve.  

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £18,000-£25,000 DOE & Commission
