Job overview Join us at the cutting edge of new care models and systems, and deliver innovative mental health care to children and young people across Kent and Medway. Having recently acquired three new services, we also have fantastic opportunities for a Crisis Consultant, NDLD Consultant, Medical Lead and part-time Adult Psychiatrist and Paediatrician roles. Main duties of the job Join us at the cutting edge of new care models and systems, and deliver innovative mental health care to children and young people across Kent and Medway. Having recently acquired three new services, we also have fantastic opportunities for a Crisis Consultant, NDLD Consultant, Medical Lead and part-time Adult Psychiatrist and Paediatrician roles. Due to the hard to recruit nature of this post, it has been identified by NELFT as being eligible for a welcome payment subject to the terms set out within the NELFT Recruitment Policy. The welcome payment will be a payment equivalent to 10% of annual basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,000 and maximum of £10,000.
