My Client is looking for someone to provide consulting services and find business opportunities within the clients Subsidiaries PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Role has responsibilities of leadership not only to build up from current ERP project but also develop new business opportunities in ICT to grow the company. The role requires strong knowledge for business practices in sales & logistics area, and also process knowledge in SAP(Both ECC and S/4HANA) The role requires fluent and meaningful communications and impressive presentation skills to pursue new projects or enhancements for our stakeholders KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Build relationship with customer stakeholder and execute producing and pitching proposals to the customer. Ownership of all business development projects from planning through to delivery. Building quarterly and yearly strategy as well as action plan for business development Identifying the weak areas in the process and find a better improved process. Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet user requirements Identify and implement improvements to systems and its applications to meet forecast business requirements Work in multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, contributing expertise and advise to ensure successful project completion The business has a fast pace environment and that the business changes require someone adaptable and willing to learn new areas. EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree or equivalent. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Essential - ERP advance skills mainly for SAP SD/LE. S/4HANA and Fiori Apps. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills by dedicated tools. Excellent approach to how to create new business opportunity beyond ERP system Travel within Europe Advantage - ERP advance skills for other modules(MM/PP/CS and etc) Dedicated to customer care or customer support. Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels. Self-motivated, well presented, professional and dedicated. Great understanding system landscape to conduct both process innovation and system integration.Largely autonomous role and comfortable with working with senior managers within IT and within the business. EXPERIENCE: Essential - Good customer facing skills with experience of all levels of people in the user community up to and including senior board members. At least 1 full life cycle of ERP projects based on S/4HANA Good Business Process knowledge in Retail industry(or Hi-Tech Product Sales) Experience of working in a large multi-national company in a support. Able to take responsibility, work under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills. Advantage - Experience of the business process improvement tasks (eg Process assessment and Audit) Good experience and knowhow of consulting with top management and stakeholders.
