Job Category: Construction Job Location: Haringey, Greater London, United Kingdom Quantity Surveyor - Planned Maintenance - London based My client who is a £30m turnover construction business has asked me to assist in their search for a stand alone quantity surveyor to work on a planned maintenance scheme in Haringey valued at around £1.5m The works is both external and internal decoration and repair programmes to social housing, education and public buildings dealing with small subbie gangs and directly managed operatives / gangs on multiple schemes reporting into Managing QS. The ideal candidate must be hands on and have previous experience on planned maintenance works with a degree preferable but not essential.
