Quantity Surveyor (Main Contractor)

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. You will be part of a stable commercial team of 10, Reporting to the commercial director you will have direct responsibility for you 2 to 3 projects. You will be responsible for managing all financials relative to your schemes, seeking to minimise costs, enhance value for money and achieve the required standards for quality. You will also assist in procuring subcontractors and materials via the buying department and be a liaison between the various in house departments to assure the schemes are being built to spec and budget in-line with the contract. You will have proven Quantity Surveyor experience, working for a small to medium main contractor ideally in the commercial new build & refurb markets. You will hold the relevant qualifications and be looking for a long term career move.
