Site Manager

Your new company A Kent based Developer focused on 10 - 30 unit apartment schemes in the SE London Area. With 5 schemes currently on site and a further 2 starting in January they now seek an experienced Site manager to oversee one of their larger schemes to Date. The project in question is a 30 unit RC frame apartment scheme in Mitcham, Due on site imminently Your new role As site manager you will be No.1 on site reporting to a visiting contracts manager, You will be responsible for sub contract management, Quality control, client liaison, short term programming and generally ensuring the smooth running of the scheme. What you'll need to succeed Experience of managing similar sized developments along with RC experience. You will need valid 1st aid, cscs & SMSTS qualifications and be able to commit to the duration of the programme.
