About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Site Controller to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Site Controller lies within the UK and responsible for managing finance of 2 plants.  This is a highly profiled role which requires great leadership and analytical skills.  You’ll be part of Site Leadership Team, partnering with key stakeholders within a fast-paced environment. You’ll be reporting to the Site Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The role of Finance Controller will focus on managing and controlling finance of two plants in order to guarantee and optimize its financial performance and competitiveness. In brief, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Supply Chain Finance process, operating as an effective Finance Business Partner ensuring the results are achieved with compliance to KHC policies. Reporting, planning & analysis and providing recommendations and decision making for the leadership team to enable accurate & timely finance support to drive sound, informed and quality business decision making Principal Accountabilities Coordination and preparation of the company budget process. Preparation of financial forecast Preparation and analysis of actual results on a weekly, monthly basis Spend control and optimization Driving continuously the factory performance by identifying improvement areas that require action from operations team Management and execution processes in the SAP ERP system Establishing and implementation of internal control processes to comply with KHC policies Supervise and manage financial department staff Report to the Site Manager and Central Finance team with timely and accurate financial information Qualifications Hard Skills Education Degree in Business Management and Administration, degree in Economic or equivalent Master’s degree in the field of finance Work Experience Experience 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Site Controller within FMCG or similar industry Knowledge Advanced user of MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Teams) Knowledge of SAP ERP Language Knowledge: Fluency in English is compulsory Professional Attributes Pro-active, confident, highly collaborative individual who can successfully build relationships and present recommendations in an influential and persuasive manner to drive change and guide strategy. Analytical Strong analytical and excel skills, with the ability to focus on key issues that will deliver the business results Ability to work with massive data files Numerical skills Ability to simplify Communication skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Result driven Not only focuses on their own results, but always does the best for the company.
