Role: Senior / Project Manager

Location: Manchester

Projects: police/bluelight sector and public sector procurement

Min 10-15 years + experience

Qualified via RICS, APM or CIOB

Consultancy background preferred, but doesn't need to be exclusively consultancy

NEC3 contract experience - ideally accredited

Very strong communicator and ability to be persuasive and acting in the clients interest with contractors

Ideally knowledge of police/bluelight sector and public sector procurement

This is for the construction phase of a 20m+ police project in Blackpool/Preston and office base is Piccadilly, Manchester.

For the right candidate they can offer great potential for career development, in an office that is expanding having just secured the Scape BECS framework, amongst other contracts.

Their staff grades are such that we would be looking for high 48k - 55k package for this role, but we will look at candidates on merit.
