Responsible for effectively managing the Region’s Construction Function Be responsible for Site Health and Safety Ensure completion dates are met and that developments are adequately resourced Ensure high quality standards supporting the aim to be a 5* Builder Ensure accurate processing of information between Regional Office and Site Achieve or improve on agreed targets Monitor labour performance and costs and react positively to cost reports from the Commercial Team Control work in progress. Technical experience: Effective planning, ensuring sites are set up safely and in an effective manner, participation in pre-start meetings, production of work programmes that are realistic and achievable and ensuring that self and team take any required action to overcome challenges ensuring that homes are built to schedule. Liaising with the relevant bodies ensuring that all certifications for inspections are obtained to adhere to compliance regarding planning and building regulations. Joint responsibility with the Commercial Director for achieving or bettering budgeted costs, monitoring response time to customer final inspections and adherence to the Customer Hallmark journey. To oversee that all developments are presented to the best possible standard during construction and that all materials are stacked and protected. To have uniformity in site offices and compounds, enhancing Keepmoat Homes’ reputation and promote our culture to our subcontractors.
