Are you an HR Organisational Development professional with experience within the financial services world? My client is looking for this hire on a 12 month FTC. This will include a focus on string reporting and M&I skills, with an ability to work on the full talent lifecycle. This will include the promotions cycle, succession planning/talent mapping, talent analysis and metrics and more. The business is large in size, so an ability to handle the global reporting lines and an understanding of how to influence and navigate stakeholders will be essential. The HR team is fairly sizable, so being able to create and manage relationships effectively as well as work in a teamwork manner will be critical. There is support of a shared administration function and broader ad-hoc HR projects across the business, so individuals who can handle lots of different agendas and like to muck in is essential.
