Support Worker - Female

Start your day knowing you'll make a difference - we are looking for female to join our team of Support Workers in Barnet to cover day shifts and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support. We are looking for people who share our values and can support in an eight person service. You will be supporting with the following: * Manual handling (pushing wheelchairs, using a hoist and repositioning). * Personal care (bathing, drying, clothing, supporting with toileting and/ or pad changes). * Support with medication. * Support with meal times / PEG feeding. * Go out to regular activities such as; swimming, going to church and shopping. - Shifts are on a rota and are a mix of the following; 7am - 3pm, 2pm - 10:30pm and sleep in's. For permanent staff being able to be flexible to work all of the shift patterns, working alternative weekends and occasional bank holidays is a requirement for the role. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential. "Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010."
