Description

Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications. • Maintains the schedule by maintaining calendars for meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. • Completes requests by greeting doctors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. • Maintain CVs of doctors, nurses, and healthcare consultants • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. • Prepares reports by collecting information. • Secures information by completing database backups. Skills/Qualifications: Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Confidentiality, typing, good knowledge of Microsoft office, Verbal Communication. Par time: 9.am -1. Pm & 1.pm to 5.pm Days: Monday to Thursday Rates: Secretary :£ 08-10/ hour , Managerialcapacity:£ 10-15 per hour Other benefits:reasonable commission on closing cases (recruiting medical staff) Language: English, bilingual will be an added advantage.
