Legal Secretary / PA


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join us in our Private Wealth team in Southampton. This is a rapidly growing area of our firm and you can expect lots of opportunity to develop your skill set and to be involved in some interesting and challenging work. Also, with a huge technology agenda on the horizon for the Foot Anstey group, you will be exposed to new and creative ways of working which will enhance not only your IT ability but allow for a more client focused approach. What you'll do:- File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, and anti-Money Laundering Produce and amend precedent letters and House-style documents Take responsibility for all travel and diary management and ensuring the fee earners have everything required for their meetings Respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times What we need:- A proven track record of providing high quality administration / secretarial support within a legal/professional services environment Strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity Full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week) About us Foot Anstey is one of the UK's fastest growing law firms.
