Our client is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Secretary, to join their friendly department, based in Batley. Required for Residential Property Department * Fast, accurate typing speed * Copy and audio typing - Big Hand digital dictation system * Knowledge of working on a case management system * Proficient in MS office packages * Strong communication and organisation skills * Experience within residential property essential This opportunity will be to work based on one-to-one support for the Conveyancer. Duties to include but not limited to: * Typing * Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls * Assisting the conveyancing process * Providing new quotes via a hub system * Making applications via Land Registry portal * Filing Remuneration * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 0900am-5.30pm Friday 0900am-5.00pm * Full time and permanent * Salary: Up to £20k depending upon expereince * Holiday entitlement of 23 days per year plus bank holidays * Free car parking (within 5 minutes' walk of the office) * Office based working If you are the perfect candidate for this post please apply today, or for more information, please contact Leanne at Elite Search Associates Not for you, but know the perfect person for this role?
